This fight was crazy shit, it’s like Patchwerk on crack, and trying to have all your dps push out 2k dps each over 6 min fight, GG to all the fresh out of SSC guilds who want to try the new ‘open’ dungeon. So now that Illidan is dead, we decided to go back and clean up our leftovers. Yeah, we should have killed KT a long, long time ago, but BC was released, we got distracted, KT loot was already obsolete, and well… that’s how it goes.

Apparently you can clear Naxx in one day with less than 30 people, who would have thought. I guess you’ll have to come up with a new excuse now Tigercat, sorry!

Another Monday, another kill. Fun fight, and its true when they say the pull is the hardest part of it.

After people finally got their clicky macros and what not working after some very trying attempts we finally got him. Good job everyone and especially those that I know worked very hard at getting their rotation down for the ghosts.

I wasn’t feeling well so to make me feel better they killed Solarian leaving Kael’thas the only one left in our way to explore Hyjal and Black Temple. I didn’t get what loot dropped but grats if you got something and thanks Fehl for the SS’s!

I do not like this fight, but I do have to say this is the fight that really will show you who in the raid is giving it their all. This fight requires everyone to be 100% attentive to their roles and push your dmg output while not being able to just pewpew from one spot. Great job guys! BTW Cleave sucks!

This is a crazy fight, for real. One of my new favorites! Really tough encounter at first but once you figure it out and got everyone on their game it is a lot of fun. Got a rare drop fist on first kill is hotness! Grats to Arthyn on that little bit of sexiness.

Naxx progression has taken a slight halt as we are looking to fill our roster over the big Xmas break before the big push to finish with Four Horsemen, and then on to Saph and KT. Our goal is to finish before TBC comes out so with the push we are looking for more active and geared players to join our ranks.

The man who thought that killing trash mobs as a boss fight, needs to get slapped around a few times by me. The idea of banging our heads against a brick wall brought more smiles to our faces then trying this bastard again. However, GRATS to us on finally getting our strat down and then pulling this off. It felt so good, better than the first time I made an app cry!

After a few attemps and people realizing that + and – in the same little huddle works as well as Rogues pulling agro on Vael… Well, you get the idea. Also, a very special thanks to Jenos for coming over to the wrong side after Thaddius was dead and blowing us up… My repair bill is in the mail.

It only took all 40 of us with news papers & doggie whistles while we withheld his food before he gave up and finaly rolled over.

This encounter really pushed everyone to work together. Honestly I don’t know when I’ve had more fun before or since this fight. I’ll always remember it as one of my all-time favorites. AQ40 sucked in a lot of ways (like forgetting your bug mount in the bank), but at the end of it all we really had a lot of fun.

Heaven’s Judgement, in the early years. Just look at them, so full of fire and spirit, already the kings of the proverbial hill.

My how things have changed since this first Ragnaros kill. (as of this writing, it’s April 2009) God only knows what the loot was, but it’s important to note that not everyone in this raid was even level 60 yet (I think Ellwin was one of them, correct?). Hell, rumor has it that one of those sub-60s dealt the killing blow.  Good job guys on being the best of the best, even back then.
