I miss you guys!
My girlfriend suggested I get back into WoW a bit, as she knew how much joy it gave me before we met. I'm thinking of returning for 4-6 hours a week (like, casual to the extreme, maybe a bit more over summer, but don't tell her that!) and my question was:
How many people are still around from "my" time? A lot, enough to have a good time? Not asking about raids or whatnot, but debating whether I should be starting back on Staghelm, or with a couple RL friends' server. Questions also include how the server's doing these days, I guess!

Question, though. I couldn't find it on WoW website - If I were to install with my current CD's (and *shudder* download updates), how much would creating a new account cost?
I can get the battlepack for 30 euros, and cat for 35 euros, but I'm not sure if those are european bound or if I can still join US servers. It would save on download time though!

You can access the eu/us realm by just changing your realmlist, only your account is bound to EU/US (I believe)
thats is true Bubble, but if you but i'm not sure that they distribute the same client to eu and the us. I don't see why they wouldn't, but crazier shit has happened.

Well... so far it won't accept the code I gave it to upgrade my account. Shit. I should have bought the digital copy instead, and saved 20%!
Gonna talk to bliz to see if I can change that code for a US one, but we'll see. Downloading game client as we speak (got cataclysm for birthday), but it'll be a while, and you'll only see me a few hours a week, but I'm excited to come play with you guys again, even if it's not crazy raids!
Looking forward to it. How's class balance on Staghelm these days? As much as I might like other classes, I'm awfully tempted to make either a mage or a warrior... Do tanks still suck? =( Do queues still suck for DPS for dungeons?

BOO @ the fact that now I really, really want to play.... and the hotel for next week has no interenet, and the internet at the venue won't let me play (so far - can't connect, not sure if that's new for tuesdays). That, and it's the start of split weeks.
I estimate I'll make it to about lvl 20-25 by the start of February! lol.
