I was wondering if anyone knew a program or some way too set up vent so that i can play music through Itunes and Every time someone speak's In vent it Fade's Down my music so i can hear the people on vent. Then when there are no people talking it turns my music back up again?

It seem's like something complex and probably undoable but no harm in asking right?
