i dunno about all that other stuff, but the warrior was Indalamar. He even had an epic item named after him (Ramaladni's Grasp).
Well I don't know the song offhand, but the guild discordia claimed world first onyxia sometime in february iirc, one day after Fires of Heaven claimed it. They said FoH got a bugged version, forget the bug, I wanna say she was tauntable for them, omfg oh no. Some people accused them of exploiting themselves using the walls to avoid certain abilities.
The actual first recorded kill wasn't till I believe the following reset, by a guild called ruined, on proudmore iirc. I never played EQ but defile did and I think he was a little FoH groupie, he had friends there if I remember, so I believe we considered FoH's kill the first.
Discordia was also infamous for ganking if memory serves, they would spend a lot of time wiping ally kazzak raids or some such. The wow version was 1.2.3 I think, although there were a ton of patches right around that time.
Magmadar wasn't hard.
First guild to kill Rag as Ascent from Medivh, now on thrall and still doing well. I remember guild chat when we found out cause we were appalled they "stacked" their raid so much! omfg the horror, they had brought 9 rogues to the kill, and we went, well no wonder they killed it.
Best dps in mc? hmmm I wanna say rogues, I know rockman owned shit up on his hunter, and I remember generally wanted more mages, nothing else really stood out. Although we did have a pally with hand of rag that could be number 1, he would die to aggro constantly though.
Fish mentioned the warrior, probably cause you can see his name in the video....but in fact although slam got nerfed to no longer give rage, BT actually went live in an overpowered version. It was nerfed before anyone on my server hit 60, I believe I was level 49 when that patch hit, but it made one shotting ogres in tanaris rather fun.
I'd also note, despite not getting first kill, many people considered conquest to be the best guild in mc times, and considered them to have the best tank, I wanna say his name was itz or zav. But it wasn't till bwl that the more prominent gulds starting being seen, like risen and dnt, who also had a reputation for an amazing tank, I think smity was his name.

The best warrior, imo, was a guy named hulksmash, at least of people who made pvp videos and was one of the few to hit hwl as fury. A video of a tauren named Pat had a few people in an uproar that warriors were just completely overpowered, it was a week when warriors got one extra talent point cause of a bug, and he had MS and deathwish, I think the video was of him in AB more or less leveling entire ally groups in seconds.
Rock reminded me that the tranq shot book wasn't available to first kills on mag (just like fr wasn't available to first rag kills), but my statement stands, it was a joke fight, getting retards to stand out of range of fear was harder than tranq.
If you're talking about Xi who made the post explaining dnt's (temporary) breakup, I have nfc what happened to him, I wouldn't be surprised if he's hooked back up with the old school dnt crew, they have a horde and ally guild going atm, but again I have no idea.
And also rock was our top dps in mc as a hunter, any change to make another class number 1 came in a patch after mc's release.
