It's right under Leanne Sharzer (gf)'s comment. It also doesn't work on some accounts, for whatever reason.

According to the mall's recent post, the picture uses your own privacy settings as long as you're tagged in it. It has to be re-uploaded without tags to work properly (if people not on your list want to like it). Kind of puts you at a disadvantage, which is extremely lame. They are extending the deadline but if you have to re-upload the thing I don't see the point, you'd have to get all your votes over again, I think.
Yeah, we're way behind, we're not going for votes anymore. We'll take one more picture and upload it for me to try for the creative victory. Any ideas? =)
