I&nbsp;am interested in applying to your guild. Upon reading the recruitment page, I've read that an applicant should be able to maintain 80% of the raids. Due to the nature of my employment, I&nbsp;am only able to raid 3 nights a week, which are Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.</p> <p>Upon calculation, it only comes up to 60% attendance.
