Research? Not that you mind? If you didn't mind you would not have responded to emails in such a manner. We check on all our apps the fact that you apped as ret/prot when we were looking for a holy paladin and showed little effort to spec holy or even log out in holy gear and we never make a rash choice. There was NO WWS posted which is mandatory for all dps, Things like this shows us that you cant even do that how can you put in an effort in our guild? There is such a thing as being polite and saving people hassle and grief when responding to denied applications because of the amount of whining in emails such as this. Yes we have thick skin and so should top raiders it still doesn't mean being an arsehole is acceptable. We after input from many guildys decided what apps we will take on board. Its NOT our responsibility to ask why you have bad gem choices, specs and attitude, Its your responsibility to provide an outstanding application not for us to chase you up . Pull your head out of your ass and get over yourself, You weren't good enough for us deal with it. Enjoy your new guild and best of luck with it. I'm well aware the DR on Parry is utter BS. As for the meta gem, I wasn't pushing the TPS he "claimed' I should be getting, so I was trying to maximize threat potential with that gem. As for the CRIT over PURE, I was merely testing things out, it's gone and my prot build is back to how I see fit. It was their again only for testing purposes. You know if I can be so bold as to make a suggestion, instead of posting this kind of garbage behind peoples back you should try asking them for methods behind their madness. You may find perfectly justifiable responses and may help offer some insight before you go making rash decisions based on pre-convinced notions you have concluded upon.. As for sparing peoples feelings, that's bullshit. If you are serious about raiding you better have thick skin or get the fuck outta the market cause you won't last 5 minutes, scuse me for my bluntness. I might not have everything as perfectly placed as you deemed fit, but they were all their for good reasons. Instead of jumping to conclusions it might actually HELP to do some research prior to rejecting people. Not that I mind. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Professions are 100% top notch, but I am sorry I HATE anyone who under any circumstance of naxx+ gear gems parry in any form, the DR on it is so steep it's useless even as a blood spec dk. Little things apart from rng drops and money limitations make me assume apps are coming in at 3/4 of their potential instead of 100%. Prot/Ret spec? why are we recruiting another prot or ret pally? Says he would like to go holy but isnt spec'd for it or geared at all for it. Why would this app even be considered if hes not spec or geared at all for what I thought we needed? Honestly, I just wantd to mention alot of the information I gave was related to prot and may not be what youre looking for but please if you want me to log out in holy gear or if you\'d like a link of my gear or snapshot of my ui please let me know i\'d be more than happy to comply. Then why send an app in with prot/ret spec if he has holy gear and thats what i beleave is listed as what were looking for. Her gemming is really sporadic, her gear is OK but 4 piece T7 is a must have really not sure wht she doesn't have it considering you can buy it with badges even if you're unlucky. It's so good I was having a hard time deciding to break it and I still use it on any fight where I'm tank healing heavily. In terms of healing - she is overusing Regrowth - possibly going OOM extremely fast. That might have been OK in Naxx but it's going to get her into trouble in Ulduar.
