A really good french-canadian song that I was listening to often for a couple months last year, and someone made a version with English subs! What the song is about and a little of our history are in the description.

Some really excellent post-metal (crossover post-rock/indie/sludge/metal). Even if you don't like metal, chances are you'll probably at least enjoy the instrumental elements. Very pretty track. |

| The the instrumentals were indeed enjoyable, and starting at 5:10 and thereon were simply amazing to my ear. I'd probably cut the long beginning up until 3:15 if I'd buy the song tho |

Great stuff!!! I'm a semi-pro sax player(wish I was good enough to make a real living at it, lol) and this type of music is just a blast to play. |

Yea. One of my friends is a huge sax player. Shame that people abandon music after they graduate from school. Only few instruments I value more as witnessed in this video.

If anyone could find me the artist/name for this piece I'd appreciate it. No clue where to start with it. Thanks. |

For some reason your post didn't flag and I didn't see it until today o.O
The song is La Despedida de los Enamorados by McKenzie Stubbert, you can listen to his whole That is to say album <-- there.
As for why I came here, Microsoft's latest ad for GoW2 is as awesome as the one for the first game; there will be high expectations for the ad of the third installment of the franchise!
GoW2: Last Day. The song is How it ends by Devotchka
For reference, here's the ad for the first GoW, which used Mad World, Gary Jules' version. |
